Privacy Policy

Welcome to Extrasense. Extrasense provides a fast and accurate image recognition tool/application. Upon receiving an image request, our API responds based on user input.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in relation to our API, website, mobile services, and any software provided on or in connection with Extrasense services (collectively, the "Service"), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.
By using the Service you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to define images through our technology, and thereby accept this Privacy Policy, providing the Service full consent to process, analyze, and store data in accordance with the terms set forth.
Our Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following types of information:
Information you provide us directly:
- Communications between you and Extrasense. For example, we may send you Service-related emails (e.g., changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).
- Content you upload. Extrasense stores any user-submitted images and information for its research, development, or business purposes.
Analytics information:
We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or platform to our Service that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.
Cookies and similar technologies:
When you visit the Service, we may use cookies and similar technologies like pixels, web beacons, and local storage to collect information about how you use Extrasense and provide features to you.
Log file information:
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you make a request to access a web page. It can also be provided when the content of the web page is downloaded to your browser.
When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, and how you interact with the Service. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to our Users which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients.

The images sent through the Service are stored indefinitely. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Extrasense operates. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of information across borders and the use and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
5. Your choices about your information
Following termination or deactivation of your account, Extrasense may retain information for backup, archival, business development, algorithm development, and/or audit purposes.

Our service employs a proprietary technology that utilizes Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
